When you subscribe to be a Professional Services provider on our Site, you agree to the following: 1. You are solely responsible for your subscription and the security and privacy of your subscription, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that subscription, and 2. All personal information you provide to us through your subscription is up to date, accurate, and truthful and you will update your subscription if it changes. 3. Offer a discount for our referrals who utilize your services. Discounts range from 10% to 25% off your standard prices. Our referrals (athletes) must display, and you agree to accept the QR Promo Code. 4. The QR Promo Code must be redeemed at your facility within 48 hours for the athlete to obtain the 25% discount. A 15% discount is available for 30 days. And a 10% discount is always available after 30 days. The QR Code will automatically calculate the proper discount.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you ae using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
